Burnham Angling is dedicated to your satisfaction, our shop is located 100 yards from the sea front and we have a substantial range of Course, Carp, and Sea tackle and accessories to suit beginners to the most experienced, and Match Anglers.
Many different types of Bait are available for personal callers.
If we do not have an item in stock we will endeavour to get it or you, and advice is always available by phone, email or by calling into the shop.
Making a Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our site and click on the items that you wish to buy and put them in your shopping trolley. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to send the order to you. We
use PayPal secure internet services which accept Visa Credit, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, AMEX, Solo and Maestro (Switch)
or you can use your PayPal account.
Alternatively you can call us or post your order with a cheque or credit card
details.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will either be emailed, or notified with the remainder of the order in the case of part orders. You will be given the option to cancel your part order if you would rather not wait.
Please note that order made via the online shop will automatically charge for
the full value of the order, in the event that you wish to cancel the 'out of
stock' item you will be refunded the balance.

Our online shopping facility uses PayPal to collect payment which is totally secure and held on a secure server.
Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction. All our products come with full manufacturers warranty. Goods found to be defective upon receipt will be replaced immediately at our expense. If a product arrives damaged please advise us immediately by phone or email quoting your order number.
Complaints
If for any reason you are not totally satisfied with our goods or services and have a compliant please email us or write to us at the shop address. All complaints will be acknowledged with in 5 working days and we will endeavour to reach a solution with in a further 7 working days. All complaints will be logged.

No customer details will be given to any other parties at any time.
Returns Policy
If you are not happy with your goods you may return them to us for an exchange or refund. You have 7 days from receipt of the goods in which to return them to us. The cost of the goods will be refunded as long as they are unused, and the packaging and labels are intact.
The return postage will not be refunded and the goods are your responsibility until received by us. If returning expensive items we recommend that you use registered post.
